The Concept
The “Arch” fingerprint type – also known as the mountain fingerprint type is rare in the world. People who own this fingerprint can absorb infinite knowledge like a sponge absorbing water, with great potential in learning to achieve success.
The brand name ARCH Academy is inspired by the above special fingerprint type. Every business is like fingerprints and has unique and different elements. However, under pressure from the market and competitors, many entrepreneurs have gone into a rut, such as copying business models, competing on price, and investing large budgets in poor marketing and inefficient promotion activities…but still failed in the battle to have a place in the minds of customers. ARCH Customer Experience Academy was established with the mission of helping businesses win this battle.
The symbol of the ARCH logo is two letters AA designed to interlock, creating a pervasive amplification effect. The letter A in the center represents the belief in the core values of the business, and the second letter A is made up of ridges inspired by the Arch fingerprint type, implying the potential for development from continuous learning. This symbol is a strong message about the story and strategic vision of ARCH Academy.
Develop from the idea of ”mountain fingerprint type” to create a meaningful brand story about the learning journey at ARCH. Each student participating in courses here is like a mountain climber and each stage corresponds to certifications according to the learning path.
3 badge samples were given to students as an encouragement of the brand to motivate customers in building a culture of long-term learning, and accumulating knowledge to conquer success.
ARCH’s graphic elements are developed on line motifs in the shape of mountain ranges. The brand identity consistently deploys colors and delicate patterns to create a professional, high-class overall look.
